Being so intelligent and knowledgeable you must have understood the humor and concept behind this because it is not far more conceptual beyond your minds, and the next thing, that depending upon our personality and nature everyone of us have wide range of thoughts and opinions regarding any topic,meme,humor,fun or funny material when we try to analyse it in our own personal way at the very 1st look.So i request all of you to make your own ideas at the 1st look of the above image and let your mind to arrange your own humor without reading the below description.After that read the explanation given below and compare your thoughts with that and in the last don't forget to share your ideas because they are so precious for me and i need that.

       

          Newton and Laplace both of them were the great scientists.In the later half of 17th century Sir Isaac Newton gave an equation for calculating the speed of sound and the speed of sound calculated by that equation was 281 m/s. But the experimental value for the speed of sound is 332 m/s, so there is 16% error, which shows that the equation given by the Newton is not hundred percent accurate..
       
         In the same century another scientist, Laplace argued that we can't take the propagation of sound as an isothermal process (which was taken by Newton, that travelling of sound is an isothermal process),Rather it is an adiabatic process.On the basis of this concept Laplace corrected the Newton's equation and the speed of sound calculated by that equation is 333 m/s which is very much nearer to the experimental value of speed of sound under reasonable conditions..
     
           Using this information and concept i tried to create a humor of Laplace correction.Obviously a scientist don't like the moment when his work or research is changed or updated by another scientists.According to Newton speed of sound is 281 m/s which is lower than the actual value (332 m/s).It means if speed of sound would be 281 m/s we would listen the voices a little later, that's why in the above picture Laplace is saying to Newton that i was shouting on your door why did you not open the door and in return Newton replies that he did't listen to his voice.Therefore Laplace replies in a satire way that, oh yes Newton i forgot that you listen at low speed of sound,because of the wrong (lower) value of speed of sound calculated by Newton.Later on Laplace corrected this..
